Adamsville Hosts Annual Talent Show
The event featured students performing a variety of different kinds of skills.
On March 15, Adamsville Primary School held its 7th Annual Talent Show.
To enter, students were asked to submit an application—this is one of Adamsville’s most popular event and it filled up quickly.
The event featured two acts packed full of singing, original dancing acts, hula hooping, Chinese Ribbon dancing, tap dancing, Bollywood dancing, karate, comedy acts, piano, clarinet rock bands and gymnastics.
The students were in grades first through fourth, with some older siblings and parents.
And during intermission, there was a surprise comical dance routine put on by many of the Adamsville teachers and staff themselves.
“I am always amazed at the talent of the children involved and their willingness to perform in front of their peers, family and an extremely large audience,” said Fanny Mulligan, chairwoman of the event. “My husband and I have enjoyed being involved in this event for the past four years because we know, for many of the children, it is their only opportunity to express themselves in this manner.”
