The Bridgewater Environmental Commission’s third annual eco-blast fair enjoyed great weather and a large turnout Saturday as young and old were entertained with live music, interactive displays, sustainable workshops and vendor exhibits.
Food was provided by Red Lobster, Starbucks, Rita's Italian Ice, Chipotle Grille, Applebee's, Hoagie Hut and Smokehouse BBQ. Vendors included New Jersey American Water, RideWise of Raritan Valley, Clean Ocean Action, Rutgers Cooperative Extension and many more.
The fair also welcomed Gizmo D. Robot and Somerset Patriots mascot Sparkee, plus the Hillside School Roots and Shoots program played its sustainability game.
