The Bridgewater Veterinary Hospital is expanding to a new location on Route 202/206 and Foothill Road—and they are making headway on the new building.

Bridgewater Veterinary Hospital's Dr. Bruce Levinston announced in October that he was moving from his current location to a new building to accommodate more exam rooms, a bigger waiting room and more opportunities for patients.

The project has been eight years in the making, and the new 6,000-square-foot property will have separate wards for dogs and cats, as well as an expanded surgery with more up-to-date equipment.

The new location is expected to open around June 2012.
