Parade, fair marks the start of the season.
Bridgewater Baseball and Softball held its annual Opening Day ceremonies Saturday at Prince Rodgers Field on Prince Rodgers Avenue.
The ceremony featured a parade of all baseball and softball recreation players celebrating the start of the season.
Local businesses were on hand to celebrate with the players, and Somerset Patriots mascot Sparkee also came out to honor the teams.
