She suffered non-life-threatening injuries after the car spun out of control.

The 18-year-old Barrington woman ejected from a vehicle on Route 287 Saturday was not wearing her seatbelt, according to an article on NJ.com.

The woman, who was a passenger in the vehicle, was identified as Nicole Krause, the article said.

According to the article, Philadelphia resident Shaun Newcomer, 27, was driving northbound on Route 287 at 2:51 p.m., and was attempting a last-minute crossover from the outer lane to the inner one when he hit a snow-covered curb.

Krause suffered a chest injury after she was ejected from the vehicle, but her injuries are considered non-life-threatening, and she was taken to Morristown Medical Center for observation.
