Veterinary Hospital Holding Open House
The open house will be held Sunday.
The Bridgewater Veterinary Hospital is holding an open house Sunday to celebrate its new building and offerings for the public.
The open house will be held from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
According to a release from the hospital, a ribbon cutting ceremony will take place at 1:30 p.m., with Sen. Michael Doherty, Assemblyman Erik Peterson and Mayor Daniel Hayes in attendance.
In addition, there will be an opportunity to meet the doctors and staff, take a backstage tour of the hospital, meet vendors to learn about their products and listen to jazz music from the TLB Trio.
And the Somerset County 4-H Woolly Ones Sheep Club will be hosting a petting zoo, while guests can consider adopting a cat or dog from St. Hubert’s and shake hands with Somerset Patriots mascot Sparky.
The hospital will also provide an opportunity to learn about the hospital and Wellness Center with a chance to meet chiropractor Jason Lewis and trainer Sue Oaks. And Spencer Silvers—who has been practicing internal medicine, dentistry and surgery for more than 26 years—will discuss his work as well.
The Bridgewater Veterinary Hospital has been active in the community for more than 20 years, and just recently opened its new location near Foothill Road.
“We are committed to providing comprehensive, quality care for patients to enhance their well-being and quality of life,” the release said. “We have a compassionate, knowledgeable and professional staff, utilizing the latest technological advances and implementing the foremost medical practices.”
Parking for the open house will be located at 685 Route 202/206, not at the hospital, but shuttle buses will be provided.
Refreshments will be served.
