Sal Vitello led all scorers, hitting four 3-pointers on his way to a 25-point performance to lead the Bridgewater-Raritan boys basketball team to a 53-47 overtime win over North Hunterdon in Bridgewater.
Vitello & Co. jumped out to a 14-point first half lead courtesy of 14-2 second quarter run, before N. Hunterdon rebounded to outscore Bridgewater 29-15 in the second half.
Isiah Solomon finished with nine points and Dom Pace added seven points for Bridgewater, who outscored N. Hunterdon 9-3 in the overtime period, moving to 13-1 on the season.
Gene Schaedel finished with 13 points for N. Hunterdon (4-10).

Girls Fall at N. Hunterdon
The Bridgewater-Raritan girls basketball team fell to 8-6 on the season with a 49-39 loss at North Hunterdon, despite a 20 point, seven rebound performance from senior Denisha Petty Evans.
Alissa Tarsi finished with 25 points for North Hunterdon, who carried a six-point lead into halftime, before outscoring Bridgewater, 26-22, in the second half.
Hannah Brophy finished with six points, seven rebounds and two assists and Katie Robbins added six rebounds for Bridgewater.
Jessica Pellechio added 11 points for N. Hunterdon (12-4).

David Monahan and Nick Lewis each scored three goals as the Bridgewater-Raritan ice hockey team stopped Monroe, 9-1, according to NJ.com.
Eric Luetters, Mark Kinsey and Tyler Darby also scored for Bridgewater (13-3-1).
