Description:
You owe it to yourself to try this high energy, intense cardio training that is guaranteed to boost your energy to new heights. This is a group fitness class for all levels utilizing athletic skills and drills. It is a total body workout that includes such exercises as multi-intensity aerobics, springts, circuits, jumping jacks, lunges, push-ups, ab work, etc. Please bring a towel/mat for floor work as well as any free weights you have. Drop in and give it your all.

More About Hillside Intermediate School
Students at Hillside Intermediate School are structured into different teams, with four to six teachers on the same schedules, to participate in cycles, instrumental music, enrichment programs and other activities. The students also take classes that include language arts, mathematics, social studies and science, health, technology, environmental science and Spanish cultures. Through all programs, students use research and technology skills, which are the focus of the school's media specialist and computer teachers.
