The health and well being of our residents is a main focus at The Martin and Edith Stein Assisted Living Residence.  As part of this effort to keep our residents fit and healthy
the Stein Residence is participating in The Strength and Mobility Exercise Program offered by Fox Rehabilitation. 
This program is designed to help people who have completed physical therapy continue the progress they have made by participating in a specially designed
program to improve strength, balance and mobility.  The classes are held twice a week and conducted by a  member of the Fox Rehabilitation team.

You are invited to see the program in action at an OPEN HOUSE on Wednesday, January 30, 2013 at 10:00 AM.  Join our residents in the living room and participate in the exercises and see how you, or a loved one, can benefit from the program.
