The MCC is hosting a FREE Women's Self-Defense Class on Friday, 1/25/13 from 7:30-8:30pm, sponsored by USA Karate Academy of Green Brook. The class is open to females ages 13+. To register, call Patty at 732-433-2898 or email her at Patty@usakarateacademy-greenbrook.com . The class will provide: awareness & prevention; the 3 general guidelines for self-defense; guarding your personal space; know your personal weapons; and siimple actions for everyone - practical techniques for self-defense.
