- School Sports Wagering—Christie signed a bill that allows for wagering at casinos and racetracks only on certain college sports.
- Renewable Energy Technologies—Christie signed a bill that forces the BPU to establish standards with local government renewable energy generation demonstration projects.
- More Renewable Energy—Christie signed into law a bill establishing the “New Jersey Property Assessment Clean Energy [NJ PACE] Municipal Financing Program.”
- Liability With Hazardous Substances—Christie signed a bill that outlines certain liabilities when there is discharge of hazardous substances from drilling platforms that send the materials into New Jersey waters.
