5 Things to Know About Bradley Gardens Fire Company

is hosting a pasta dinner Wednesday to support the company and raise funds. The event is from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m., and costs $10 for adults, $9 for seniors and $5 for children ages 5 to 12. So in honor of this fundraising event, we present five important things to know about the Bradley Gardens Fire Company.

• Old York—The company is located on Old York Road in the Bradley Gardens section of town.
• District 2—The department is in station 21 and district 2, covering all of Bradley Gardens and nearby residents heading toward Raritan and in the other direction toward Branchburg. It also assists with district 3, which includes the , and North Branch fire companies.
• All Volunteer—There are about 30 members of the fire company, and they are all volunteer. The company is always looking for more members, so call 908-725-1250 is you are interested.
• Historic—The fire company has been around for a long time, having opened in 1935.
• Special Team—The company also maintains a specialized team of firefighters called the Firefighter Assistance Search Team, which responds to fires and other issues in neighboring municipalities.
