Ash Wednesday Services in Bridgewater

For those commemorating Ash Wednesday, we have your list of places to go for services and what churches are observing the day.

• Christ Presbyterian Church—Ash Wednesday Taize Worship will be held at the Christ Presbyterian Church on Washington Valley Road in Martinsville. A candlelit worship service will be held at 7:30 p.m., and an imposition of ashes will be offered.
• St. Martin's Episcopal Church—The Ash Wednesday Liturgy and Holy Eucharist will be held at the church on Route 22 at 4:30 p.m. An Ash Wednesday Liturgy and Sung Eucharist will be held at 7:30 p.m.
• Church of the Holy Trinity—Because of Ash Wednesday, the church on Maple Street will not be holding recitation of the Rosary after 7 p.m.
• Bridgewater United Methodist Church—The healing service with ashes will be held from 12 p.m. to 12:30 p.m. in the sanctuary of the church on Country Club Road. The Ash Wednesday worship service will be held in the sanctuary at 7:30 p.m.
• North Branch Reformed Church—The Ash Wednesday service will be held from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. in the sanctuary of the church on Route 28.
