The weekday Chimney Rock Road lane closure will be extended through Friday, June 13, and possibly until Monday, June 16, depending on the weather.
There will be no access to Chimney Rock Road South from Route 22 East from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. each weekday during that time period to allow for completion of a gas-main installation. Detour signs will be posted directing travelers to Thompson Avenue to Route 28 for access toChimney Rock Road.
Traffic will be able to travel north on Chimney Rock Road from Route 28 and exit onto Route 22 East.
