Municipal Complex Currently Without Power
PSE&G is currently working on the problem that's affecting Commons Way.
The municipal complex, police department and , among other locations, are currently without power after a transformer blew around 11:30 a.m. Thursday.
According to Bridgewater Township Mayor Patricia Flannery, the transformer went down in the morning, and the buildings are still without power as of 3 p.m.
PSE&G, Flannery said, is currently working on the problem.

The mall was without power in about three-quarters of the building, so all shoppers were evacuated.
The police department, Flannery said, is currently working on a back-up generator.

Flannery said all municipal employees are remaining in the building, but there is no computer access there, so they cannot process tax payments or do other similar work.
