Roads Remain Flooded Throughout County

Several roads throughout the county have remained closed today because of flooding following Hurricane Irene and Tuesday's heavy rain.

Here is your updated list of closed roads as of Thursday morning:

• Old York Road between Bridgewater and Branchburg
• Route 28 on the Branchburg and Bridgewater border
• Rattlesnake Bridge Road in Bedminster between Route 78 and Lamington Road
• Lamington Road and Rattlesnake Bridge Road between Bedminster and Branchburg
• Burnt Mills Road between Rattlesnak Bridge Road and Cowperthwaite in Bedminster
• Lamington Road on the Bedminster and Hunterdon County border
• The Studdiford Bridge between Branchburg and Hillsborough
• South Middlebush Road in Franklin between Bennetts Lane and Blackwells Mills Causeway
• South Middlebush Road in Franklin between Jacques and Skillmans lanes
• River Road in Hillsborough between Roycefield Road and the Lyman Street Bridge for a tree down
• Peapack Road at the border of Peapack and Far Hills
