Video Tells Story of Jacobus Vanderveer House in Bedminster

The Friends of the Jacobus Vanderveer House invite the public to view this video, posted on Youtube.

This video tells the fascinating story of Bedminster's Jacobus Vanderveer house, and its role in the Revolutionary War when General Henry Knox stayed there while establishing the United States' first military training facility nearby, known as the Pluckemin Cantonement.

The Vanderveer property was acquired by Bedminster Township in 1989 and is now restored, developed and maintained by the Friends of the Jacobus Vanderveer House.
