Young or Old, Adopted Dogs Make Great Dogs

We're featuring some younger dogs available for adoption at local shelters.

New studies show dogs are able to sense their master's emotional state, one of the reasons dogs have often been known as a best friend for their owners.

If you're looking for a new "best friend," we've searched area shelters and rescue groups to help identify some pets in need of new homes. Each week, we'll bring you some of the animals in the area.
