The Fun Run is held to honor Raritan hero John Basilone, and will also include a River Bank 5K Run. The cost of participating is $10 per person, and $20 per family, and check-in will last from 9 a.m. to 10:15 a.m. in front of the John Basilone Memorial Statue. The fun run will be for running, walking, biking, rollerblading and skateboarding. Free hot dogs and cookies will be served after the race, in addition to entertainment, and prizes and awards.
