BMW of Bridgewater Donates 50 Turkeys to Charity!

BMW is proud to announce we have delivered 50 turkeys today! It was such a humbling and fun experience to be able to donate to individuals in need during this upcoming holiday season.

We purchased the 50 turkeys at our local Wegman's in Bridgewater. Luigi from the meat department was so helpful and a pleasure to work with! He and Lee, from BMW of Bridgewater loaded up the 50 turkeys in one of our BMW 5 series - the car was bursting with turkeys!

Our first stop for delivery was over to The Food Network of Somerset where their representative Marie Scannell was waiting for us. They were so grateful to receive the 25 turkeys. With turkey donations being very low this year Marie and her staff were more then grateful.

After The Food Network of Somerset we headed to the Borough of Somerville where we donated the remaining 25 birds to the S.H.I.P Organization [Samaritan Homeless Interim Program] where we met the Executive Directory, Tom O' Leary.

Tom O' Leary founded the organization 30 years ago and has served over 2.5 million meals, the organization relies solely on donations and volunteers. Our BMW of Bridgewater donated turkeys will be served on Thanksgiving Day at the United Reformed Church in Somerville.
