September Programs for Adults

The summer may be cooling off, but programming at the Bridgewater Library is just getting warmed up!

On Saturday, September 8th at 1:00 pm, the Library will present “Not a Feather, But a Dot,” a 60 minute film that examines the history, perceptions and evolution of the Indian-American community.  The second film by independent film-maker Teju Prasad showcases his interests in documentary and short form storytelling. There will be a Q&A following the film.

Our Learning Happens series kicks off its three month run on Thursday, September 6th at 9:30 am with a Meditation program followed by a Rosie the Riveter presentation at 11:00 am.

Be sure to check out the multitude of events for Adults in September including concerts, computer classes, book discussions, movies and more!

These programs are free and all are welcome to attend, but registration for most programs is required!  You may register by phone 908-526-4016 x105, in person at the Adult Reference Desk, or online at www.sclsnj.org.
