Tbones Honored for Vast Selection of Wines

Tbones, at the Bridgewater Marriott on Commons Way, was recently named to for the seventh year in a row.

The restaurant offers a variety of wines, both by the glass and by the bottle, and offers recommendations to patrons of what to have with all kinds of meats and fishes as the menu changes seasonally.

To keep its wines fresh, the restaurant also has its own unit to chill the wine, with a nitrogen tank in the back of the unit to keep the wine fresh. The unit is temperature-controlled, and the restaurant just recently began using it.

Workers with the restaurant switch between the red and white wines in the unit to offer different varieties for the business's seasonal food offerings.
