The FT 400 list is highly competitive and identifies top advisors through credible and objective methodology. The Financial Times works directly with brokerage firms to solicit the needed information to about the advisors’ practice information and data. After receiving the information, the Financial Times grade advisors using six broad factors and calculate a score for each advisor. The factors include: assets under management, assets under management growth rate, years of experience, compliance record, industry certifications and online accessibility.
