Bridgewater Motorworks and PDQ Auto Parts Raise $1825 for Breast Cancer Research

On Nov 12th, 2013, Bridgewater Motorworks and PDQ Auto Parts presented a check to Somerset Medical Center Foundation for $1,825.00.

 

Bridgewater Motorworks of Bridgewater, New Jersey, and PDQ Auto Parts of Manville, New Jersey teamed together in October during Breast Cancer Awareness Month to raise money to help with breast cancer treatment and research in Somerset County.

Customers of Motorworks that needed brakes during the month of October were given free brake pads courtesy of PDQ Auto Parts and Bridgewater Motorworks performed the labor. Ten percent of the customers’ total invoice was given to the Somerset Medical Center Foundation.

“We are so pleased to be able to help out our community in this way. The monies raised go directly to help people in Somerset County,” said Greg Burchette, owner of Bridgewater Motorworks.
