After April 8, 2014, Microsoft will no longer issue updates or provide technical support for computers running Windows XP. Additionally, software makers will suspend XP updates. With sixty percent of computers running XP, business and home computers will become prime candidates for hackers and criminal attacks.

This concise seminar will provide advice and instruction on strategies for winding down from XP and moving to other operating systems. Ten tips for optimizing the PC, regardless of which operating system is in use, will also be provided.

The workshop is free to Somerset County Business Partnership members and $30 for non-members. Registration is available by calling the Business partnership at 908-218-4300 or online at http://bit.ly/10-15techsig.
