Monday—Saturday

  • It's the start of our serious election coverage, and we will have a video-a-day, with the board of education candidates talking about everything from budgets to the new absentee policy.

Monday

  • The board of education has made a decision with regard to a student requesting to be sponsored by the district for a diving competition, a sport not offered in Bridgewater-Raritan. We'll have information on the decision.

Tuesday

  • There have been more discussions on what kinds of changes to make to the Bridgewater-Raritan High School library. Some say that if changes are going to be made, it is important to really look at the passes required to actually go there during school hours.

Thursday

  • A new program is being planned for more vocational teaching as part of a partnership between the Raritan Valley Community College, Somerset County Vocational & Technical High School and the Somerset County Education Services Commission. We'll have some information on the plan.

Friday

  • Friday is the big Homecoming game for the Bridgewater-Raritan Panthers varsity football team, in a game against North Hunterdon. We'll have an overview of how the team is doing so far.
