Residents living near the Wemple property at Twin Oaks and Foothill roads listened as Stop 18 Homes attorney Jeffrey Brookner questioned the applicant's engineer on issues of drainage and whether more development could cause additional flooding for homes.
The township council opted to start remediation on a house at 24 Claire Drive where the owner has ignored court orders and other requests for removing debris and other items from the property. The township will do the work and charge the costs to the owner, Kevin Miller, who has abandoned the house.
