4th Annual Grief Relief 5K

Make a difference in the life of a child by participating in the 4th Annual Grief

Relief Run/Walk to benefit Comfort Zone Camp. Comfort Zone Camp is a
nonprofit 501(c)3 bereavement camp offered free of charge to children, ages 7-17, who have suffered the death of a parent, sibling or primary caregiver. This nonprofit bereavement camp transforms the lives of children who have experienced a significant loss. The camps include confidence building programs and age-based support groups that break the emotional isolation grief often brings.

The Grief Relief Run/Walk features a clearly marked trail, an opening ceremony, an official race timer for those serious runners (for those who may not want to run, walking is fine), a beautiful view of the city line, face painting, raffles and other fun activities. Music supplied by School of Rock and JJ the DJ! The registration fee includes a Comfort Zone Camp Grief Relief T-Shirt and entry into the race. Registration begins at 8:30am. You must register online by September 1st to receive an official event t-shirt. Leashed Dogs are also welcome for $5. More children need a place like Comfort Zone.

Register on line at www.comfortzonecamp.org/NJ5K
Adults: $30, Teens: $20, Children: $10, Dogs: $5
