Bridgewater Church enters 4H fair food tent

A group of volunteers from Blessed Sacrament Church in Martinsville is preparing for their first appearance at the Somerset County 4H Fair. All food booth presenters need a unique main meal food item to join the fair. Past Grand Knight, Dave Adams has been preparing baked ham sandwiches at our quarterly Blood Drives for Donors. Current  Grand Knight John Arcoleo commented at our Dec 2012 blood drive “these sandwiches taste great Dave; we should do something with these”.

John, whose daughter is a 4H member, noticed in their newsletter that a 4H fair food tent meeting was coming up. He encounter such a warm friendly response at the meeting about the addition of a new food item by the existing 4H food tent participants, that it was decided to participate.
