Joseph Hudack, 62, Enjoyed Lionel Trains and NASCAR

Services for longtime Moose Lodge and American Legion member set for Friday.

Joseph J. Hudack, 62, died Dec. 21.

Born in Hazelton, Pa., and a former resident of Somerville, he resided in Bridgewater for the past 35 years.

Mr. Hudack was a welder and pipefitter and for the past 13 years, he worked for Piping Solutions, Inc. in Bridgewater.

Joseph was a member of the Raritan Moose Club and the American Legion Post #327, Bridgewater. 

He was an avid collector of Lionel trains for most of his life; loved watching NASCAR; and was a dog lover.

He was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 38 years, Sharon Marton Hudack in 2009; and his dear parents, John and Helen Hudack.

Surviving are his beloved son, Joseph P. Hudack of Bridgewater; his cherished daughter, Corinna Hudack of Bridgewater; and Sammy, his Golden Retriever and faithful companion.

Viewing hours are 5 to 8 p.m. Friday, with a Prayer Service to begin at 7:45 p.m. at Branchburg Funeral Home, 910 US Highway 202 South, Branchburg.
