Cops: Man Found at Mall Despite Being Banned

The following arrest information was supplied by the Bridgewater Township Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

A Bridgewater man was arrested after being found at the , despite having been banned earlier this year, according to Bridgewater Township Police.

Andrew Hunter, 19, was charged with defiant trespassing when security personnel saw him at the mall around 8:49 p.m. Feb. 17, in violation of a previous ban notice.

Hunter was charged and released, police said.

Police also made several arrests for driving while intoxicated throughout the past week.

  • Hinda Dabney, 50, of Bridgewater, was charged with driving while intoxicated, failure to stop at a stop sign, failure to maintain a lane and speeding after she was pulled over while driving on Route 28 at 2:18 a.m. Feb. 18.
  • David Dolan, 29, of Flemington, was charged with driving while intoxicated, failure to maintain a lane and refusal to submit to breath tests after he was pulled over while driving on Route 202 at 2:19 a.m. Feb. 19.
  • John Newman, 32, of Bridgewater, was charged with driving while intoxicated after he was pulled over while driving on Route 206 at 2:17 a.m. Feb. 20.
  • Police are investigating a report of a theft of auto parts from the rear of Paraguay Auto, on Old York Road, around 11:32 p.m. Feb. 20. The auto parts are valued at a total of $1,000.
