Man Allegedly Used Cellphone to Make Videos Up Woman's Skirt
Joshua Nicholson charged with invasion of privacy after Wegman's employee reports observations.
Joshua Nicholson, 37, of Bridgewater, was charged with invasion of privacy after allegedly using his cellphone to make a video recording up a woman's skirt as she shopped at Wegman's, according to a report on NJ.com.
The report, citing charges filed in Superior Court last week, said Nicholson was observed following the woman at about 5:30 p.m. Oct. 18 as she shopped in the baby food aisle. At one point, he kneeled down down next to her to make the recording, according to a loss prevention officer at the store.
The report said he was observed doing the same thing on Oct. 19, and after paying for purchases, the loss prevention officer reportedly detained Nicholson and contacted police.
