New Brunswick Man Arrested for Vehicular Burglary

The following arrest information was supplied by the Bridgewater Township Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Bridgewater Township Police arrested a New Brunswick man June 5 for burglarizing a vehicle on Route 28.

Caisy Frank, 32, was charged with burglary and theft when police were notified of the burglary around 3:55 p.m.

According to police, they also received a description of the suspect's vehicle, and did find it some time later.

Frank, police said, was identified by the witness to the burglary and charged in the crime.

Police also made arrests for driving while intoxicated and more.

  • Lissette Cespedes, 36, of Bound Brook, was charged with driving while intoxicated, failure to maintain a lane, having an open container of alcohol and driving while suspended after she was pulled over while driving on Finderne Avenue at 2:19 a.m. June 9.
  • Christian Armendariz-Silva, 21, was charged with possession of marijuana after he was found in possession of the drug while officers were conducting a security check of White Rock Park. Armendariz-Silva was charged and released.
  • William Peirce, 31, of South Bound Brook, was charged with shoplifting after he was found with a pair of pliers from at 1:57 p.m. June 10. The pliers were valued at $21.97.
  • Sanjay Vemperala, 19, of Bridgewater, was charged with driving while intoxicated, failure to maintain a lane and a graduated driver's license violation after he was pulled over while driving on Route 202/206 at 2:35 a.m. June 10.
