Three Indicted on Prostitution Charges in Bridgewater Bust

Police make three arrests in about a four-hour span at Bridgewater Marriott in October, according to affidavit filed in court.

An undercover operation at the Bridgewater Marriott in October led to indictments on prostitution charges against three people, according to a report on MyCentralJersey.com.

The charges followed an undercover investigation by Bridgewater Police and the FBI, done in cooperation with the management at the Bridgewater Marriott, hotel Director Frank Fricano, CMP, said. 

Laurence Harbor resident Stanley Jarosz, 50, was charged with promoting prostitution after a woman he was with offered to have sex with the officer on Oct. 5, according to the arrest affidavit.

Shannon Thomas, 27, of Pinellas Park, Fla., was arrested later that night for allegedly offering to have sex with the officer, the report said.

Elijah Simmons, 27, of Buffalo, N.Y., was arrested early the next morning for allegedly offering to have sex with the officer in exchange for money, the report said.
