Two Arrests Made For Driving While Intoxicated
The following arrest information was supplied by the Bridgewater Township police department. It does not indicate a conviction.
The Bridgewater Township Police Department made two arrests for driving while intoxicated over the past week, one of someone from far out of town.
- Anand Rao, 42, of Virginia, was charged with driving while intoxicated after being pulled over while driving on Inner Ring Road at the at 8:35 p.m. May 30.
- Demisay Karvela, 53, of Bedminster, was charged with driving while intoxicated, failure to maintain a lane and refusal to submit to breath tests after being pulled over while driving on Route 22 at 2:16 a.m. May 31.
