Two Vehicle Burglaries Reported in One Night

Police are investigating two overnight burglaries of unlocked vehicles.

Police received two reports March 19 of unlocked vehicles broken into in the overnight hours and hundreds of dollars worth of items removed.

According to the Bridgewater Township Police, someone entered an unlocked vehicle that was parked in the driveway of a Juniper Lane residence and removed $185 worth of items.

Police also reported that someone entered an unlocked vehicle parked in a Warren Avenue driveway and removed items worth $345.

Police also made arrests for shoplifting and driving while intoxicated throughout the month.

  • Lesvia Somahano, 38, of Manville, was charged with shoplifting after being found with $291.66 worth of items from March 4.
  • Lawrence Pierro, 42, of Succasunna, was charged with driving while intoxicated and reckless driving after he was pulled over while driving on Route 22 March 23.
