Woman Accused of Driving Drunk With Minor in Car

The following arrest information was supplied by the Bridgewater Township Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

The Bridgewater Township Police Department made multiple arrests for driving while intoxicated over the last week, one of which included a charge of allegedly being drunk with a minor in the vehicle.

Emily Monahan, 45, of Connecticut, was charged with driving while intoxicated, reckless driving, having a suspended driver's license and driving while intoxicated with a minor in the vehicle.

Monahan was pulled over by police while she was driving on Route 22 at 5:40 p.m. May 7.

Police made several other similar arrests between May 6 and May 15.

  • Bryan Bradley, 30, of Dover, was charged with driving while intoxicated and making an improper u-turn after he was pulled over while driving on Finderne Avenue at 1:30 a.m. May 6.
  • Marco Ojeda, 34, of Hillsborough, was charged with driving while intoxicated, speeding, driving while suspended and refusal to submit to breath tests after he was pulled over while driving on Finderne Avenue at 1:44 a.m. May 12.
  • Darnel Miller, 35, of Branchburg, was charged with driving while intoxicated, speeding, failure to maintain a lane and failure to yield to an emergency vehicle after he was pulled over while driving on Route 202/206 at 11:46 p.m. May 12.
  • Melissa Mleczko, 29, of Manville, was charged with driving while intoxicated, reckless driving and failure to exhibit documents after she was pulled over while driving on Finderne Avenue at 1:10 a.m. May 13.
  • Kyle Sopko, 22, of Manville, was charged with driving while intoxicated and failure to maintain a lane after he was pulled over while driving on Route 28 at 1:58 a.m. May 15.
