Breslin, Barlow, Kurdyla Earn BOE Seats

A total of about 56 percent of registered voters, or 16,666, cast ballots in Tuesday's election.

Also elected to the board of education were Jacqueline Barlow, with 4,956 votes, and Aaron Kurdyla, with 4,830 votes.

"I'm flattered," Breslin said of his win.

Breslin was the only incumbent to win a seat on the board this year.
