Operation Take Back New Jersey

The Bridgewater Township Police Department is partnering with the state for Operation Take Back New Jersey, in an effort to convince residents to dispose of their unused, unwanted and expired medicines. The goal of the event is to convince citizens to dispose of their medications in legal and healthy ways. Once the medications are turned in, officers will dispose of the controlled substances in safe and non-hazardous manners, as they try to prevent the pills from falling into the hands of juveniles or those who will use them for illicit purposes.
