Paving Work to Close Route 287 Onramp Wednesday
Traffic on Route 22 heading north will need to take a different route.
Commuters using Route 22 westbound lanes to access Route 287 will need to find an alternate route, Wednesday, as roadwork on the highway entrance is done.
The work, which will include paving and grading work, will be done between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m.
According to county officials, the work is being done ahead of switching traffic from the current, temporary route, to the new westbound lanes on Route 22 set to open Friday.

Traffic will be detoured to the entrance to Route 287 from Routes 202/206, north of Bridgewater Commons Mall.
A message board has been posted to advise drivers of the changes and detour.
