Road Sealing to Cause Minor Delays

The township is preparing for repair of several roads.

Beginning Monday, the township's road sealing project will begin on six different roads throughout the township.

Streets will be swept at the beginning of the week, and, later in the week, there will be a first application of hot liquid asphalt covered with small stones.

A second application of the asphalt without stones will be done in two weeks.

According to the township, there may be minor delays, and drivers are asked to stay within the speed limit in case small stones are picked up by the tires.

Problems on the day of construction can be brought to the attention of Steve Williams, the on-site inspector with Maser Consulting.
