T-Mobile Hearing Postponed Until November

Residents were unaware that the meeting had been canceled.

About a dozen people gathered outside the municipal complex Tuesday evening after seeing a sign on the door canceling a scheduled zoning board meeting and expected T-Mobile cell tower hearing.

Residents had expected the continuation of the hearing, and those standing outside said they were unaware the meeting had been canceled.

The T-Mobile cell tower hearing has now been postponed until the Nov. 15 meeting.

T-Mobile was scheduled to come before the board for public comment for its application to place a 125-foot cell tower at the .

Testimony from all T-Mobile experts was completed at the Aug. 16 meeting, and the zoning board is now expected to hear public comments before making a decision.

At the Aug. 16 meeting, residents had asked for a 90-day continuation of the hearing while they wait for testimony to be ready from an expert real estate appraiser—but the board denied the request.
