  • 373 Victoria Drive, two-bedroom, 2-bath single floor unit, listed for $249,900 and sold for $240,000.
  • 304 Strull Court, two-bedroom, 2.1-bath multi-floor interior townhouse, listed for $252,700 and sold for $239,900.
  • 4002 Riddle Court, three-bedroom, 2-bath single floor unit, listed for $289,000 and sold for $280,000.
  • 164 Chestnut Street, three-bedroom, 2-bath Colonial, listed for $345,000 and sold for $331,000.
  • 1306 Palley Court, three-bedroom, 2.1-bath multi-floor interior townhouse, listed for $345,000 and sold for $330,000.
  • 838 Brown Road, three-bedroom, 2.1-bath Colonial, listed for $349,000 and sold for $315,000.

I hope that these people realize that the prices on homes 500000 and greater are going to plunge 30 to 40% in the very near future. Oh god help us. If you buy it, plan to loose your equity or down payment, pretty much forever. The northeast is going the way of Detroit with all the socialist polices.
