11 of Bridgewater's Best Teachers Named

Tell us about the nominees for the Teacher of the Year recognition program.

Each year, New Jersey names a Teacher of the Year to recognize educators "who possess a special talent for inspiring a love of learning in students of all backgrounds and abilities," a process that begins with each school naming a candidate from  among its staff.

Through succeeding selections at district and county levels, the teachers advance until a final state Teacher of the Year is named by the governor.

Bridgewater-Raritan school announced this year's school Teachers of the Year, and we invite readers to add their support for their favorite nominees—feel free to sing the praises of as many teachers as you know.
