BRHS Students of the Week, Dec. 21

Students are chosen to be honored at the high school.

As part of a new program at the Bridgewater-Raritan High School instituted by new principal Brett Charleston, at least one student is chosen every week to be honored for his or her contributions to the community at some point that week.

In this new column, we will honor those students each week, with the information included in Charleston's weekly principal's column, on the school's website.

Congratulations to the most recent honorees!

  • Tyler Patullo—(nominated by Sharon Blanke) Patullo helps run the drama class, helps the substitute with attendance and runs class warm-ups. She also sets a good example for the other students and works amazingly well with her peers. She is a mature student and is helpful to all.
  • Tyler George—(nominated by Scott Linzer) George demonstrates unselfishness. He gives up his study hall period to lend a hand in my special education technology class when I need help with computer projects. The students in the class look up to him, respect him and do not hesitate to ask him for help. He has been a tremendous help to me and the class.
