BRHS Students of the Week, March 15

Students are chosen to be honored at the high school.

As part of a new program at the Bridgewater-Raritan High School instituted by new principal Brett Charleston, at least one student is chosen every week to be honored for his or her contributions to the community at some point that week.

In this column, we will honor those students each week, with the information included in Charleston's weekly principal's column, on the school's website.

Congratulations to the most recent honorees!

  • Jillian Figel—(nominated by Mark Morrell) Figel is involved in the PE Partners program and has demonstrated willingness to work with students in need. She is mature and enjoys helping other students. Students like Figel make me believe that with people like her we have a great future.
  • Andrew Caola—(nominated by Stacey Johnson) Caola is a student with integrity. He is on time for class, and demonstrates a positive, healthy and enthusiastic attitude in class. He is always willing and able to assist others in class that might need extra help or guidance with certain activities or exercises in the weight room. Caola also exhibits a healthy self confidence in class and is a pleasure to teach because he stays open minded. His willingness to help other students is quite impressive.
