For the past two years, The Kimberly A. Nelson Foundation has hosted benefit concerts at the Bridgewater-Raritan High School in memory of a student [Kim Nelson] who died in 2009 of a brain aneurysm in her senior year.
On Friday, the Friends of the Kimberly A. Nelson Foundation will be hosting a Talent Show at the Bridgewater-Raritan High School. The Foundation provides scholarships to high school students each year as well as grants to the high school music program for specific needs outside the budget.
This event is being sponsored by the Friends of the Foundation as a fundraiser, but also as a way to showcase student talent. The contestants are all BRHS students or alumni. They have been selected by audition to ensure a really quality show for your enjoyment. We are also excited to have our guest judges who will be available for a meet and greet after the performances.
Tickets are general admission and are available at the door starting at 6:30 p.m. Doors will open at 7 p.m. There will be concessions for sale during the intermission and handmade Cards for Kim will also be available for sale.
