Somerville Library Asks:  How are we Doing?

 

Bridgewater, NJ.  June 15, 2011 – It’s been six months since the Somerville Library joined the Somerset County Library System (SCLS).  Circulation to Somerville residents is up 43%; the book budget doubled.  "We’re generally pleased with how things are going," said Brian Auger, Director of Somerset County Library System.  But he would like to hear from you:  how do you think we are doing?

On Wednesday, June 22 at 7 pm the local community will have the opportunity to ask questions and find out how the SCLS/Somerville Library partnership benefits all.

Brian Auger, SCLS Director, will be on hand to provide an update and answer questions.  Evelyn Silverstein, a long-time member of the Somerset County Library Commission, Somerville Library Director, Melissa Banks and Herb Hall, Somerville Library Advisory Board chairman will also be present.  The open forum will be held at 7 pm on the Main Floor of the Somerville Library, 35 West End Avenue, adjacent to the Borough Hall building in Somerville, NJ.
