Interim Principal Appointed at High School
Current Bernards High School principal Lew Ludwig will serve as interim principal for a year.
The board of education unanimously approved Tuesday the appointment of Lew Ludwig is interim principal at from July 1, 2011 through July 31, 2012.
Ludwig is currently the interim principal at Bernards Township High School.
Ludwig will replace current principal , who is retiring at the end of this school year.

In an e-blast message to the district, Superintendent of Schools Michael Schilder said Ludwig also served as principal at Mountain Lakes High School for 12 years, and worked before that at Roxbury High School.
"Mr. Ludwig has an outstanding reputation and brings a wealth of experience and wisdom to the position," Schilder said in the message.
