Poll: Who Was Your Favorite Bridgewater Athlete in 2011?

December is almost over, and with it comes the end of 2011.

And in recognition of that, we are presenting a series of polls to find out what residents were most interested in over this past year. We want to find out about the biggest stories, the most interesting people and everything else that had residents heading to Patch for the latest news.

Last week, we gave you a poll about the biggest news stories of the year [and if you haven't voted yet, head on over to the to cast your ballot].

Now we want to know who you think were the best Bridgewater athletes of 2011. Each athlete represented in this poll was featured in our athlete of the week column, and we're looking forward to hearing what you thought of them, and if we left anyone out.

We're choosing from soccer and basketball player , track player , ice hockey player and field hockey player .
